Tijerino Technologies, LLC (also dba Eagle IT Works) was founded in 2006 and is lead by an engineer with over 24-years of experience in the high tech industry. This experience includes 15 years in the SW development industry. Internet experience since the late 80’s, some of this early Internet experience includes managing an Internet UUCP based email system while administering a Dial-up Internet connection. This experience also includes connecting his first company to the Internet in the year 1992 and a couple years later creating his first Home page in pure HTML code with “flashing” text and all the fancy stuff of the day.

Today our approach focuses on standards based technologies, transparent business practices and Open Source Software and Tools that make technology more accessible to all. Our favorite tool is Drupal, an Open Source Content Management System. We believe that Open Source software is often more capable, more secure, and just plain better than proprietary solutions. We can also provide Web development services using WordPress and other Content Management Systems and technologies if it proves to be the appropriate tool for the job at the moment.
